I live in Colorado Springs and work in the construction industry. I also have a deep passion for writing. I started this blog in June 2026 as a place to park my musings to share with friends and model my “sorting out” with the world.

There are a few things to know about me.

I’m a Christian. That means a sinner who is in desperate need of the only savior, Jesus Christ. I grew up in charismatic traditions, but have since reformed my thinking, which will be apparent in many of my posts. Good theology appeals to me, especially theology which points to the truth of God’s Word and illuminates all of life. I have many questions. I have also found there to be many answers.

I have been married to my beautiful wife for 14 years, and we have 2 daughters and a son. We have a mortgage. There are toys all over the living room floor and the diaper bin is full.

Full also is my heart. I’m deeply blessed. Life is chaotic, busy, but I do not despair.
